As a part of President Barack Obama’s broad migration reform, he has guaranteed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi that will he solve the concerns and issues regarding the H-1B visa which are being faced by the Indian citizens, says few sources.
During President’s return journey to US, Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes revealed before the United States media that Obama will be in contact with the Indian government in solving the concerns of H-1B visas.
When raised about a question regarding the bilateral discussions, Rhodes stated that few of the major aspects of migration reforms were acknowledged, says the sources. They also had serious discussions on the individuals working in high-tech divisions of US on impermanent basis and the representation of Indian’s broadly in the United States.
Individuals willing to relocate through H-1B visas must undergo several painful steps in order to attain the Green Card that is known as LPR (legal permanent status).
