Canada's express entry 13th draw announces the invitations

Express entry invites 1,581 applications in the 13th draw

On 17th July 2015, the citizenship and immigration of Canada invited 1,581 invitations (ITAs) through the express entry 13th draw. The invitations are to be issued during the period from the beginning of 17th July 2015, to 18th July 2015.

In the express entry 13th draw, 1,581 invitations have been assigned based on the cutoff score of 451 points or more under the comprehensive ranking system. 

The invitations from 13th draw express entry are awarded to the foreign nationals allowing them to apply for permanent residence in Canada, under the immigration and refugee protection act of Canada.

The express entry 12th draw took place on July 10, 2015, inviting 1,516 applicants based on the score of 463 under the comprehensive ranking system. However, 13th draw express entry has given more number of invitations at 1,581 based on the cutoff score 451 which is a reduction from 463 of the 12th draw.

The Canada Express entry program was announced on 1st December 2014, with the first draw taken place on January 31, 2015.

Since the introduction of the express entry program, it becomes the primary gateway to those foreign nationals seeking permanent residence in Canada. In every draw of express entry, invitations are awarded based on the information provided by the applicant.

Potential candidates are invited based on their work experience, education, language ability and others. The highest scoring candidates will be given an invitation to apply.
