Ireland to set up online system for reentry visa applications

With an intention to simply re-entry Ireland application process for overseas nationals, Department of Justice has declared that from 2015, foreign nationals can make their re-entry visa applications through online.

To acquire visa and employ in Ireland, foreign nationals have to line outside GNIB building in Dublin, frequent all night.

The department stated that the preface of online registering appointments would be focused with intent of its set up in the initial quarter of New Year.

Over 3,500 individuals have signed online appeal requesting an online appointment process to be initiated for immigration visas

The petition’s founder, Elif Dibek, told that an online appointment process tool have to be included into re-entry visa process.

Currently, individuals are lining overnight from 8 pm to 8 am the next morning to lodge re-entry applications.

She added that the appeal for online booking appointments has made upon observing the line of hundreds of individuals to obtain a visa.
