VFS Global has newly widened South African visa request process to more seven provinces in India. As per the new reports of the country all the residents of Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon and Goa can now apply for their dream visas in their own cities. Reports further added that few of the visa centers located in the provinces of Jaipur, Kolkata and Gurgaon will now come under the prudence of high commission of South Africa, New Delhi and the visa request centers of Pune, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Goa will fall under the caution of Consulate General of South Africa, Mumbai.

This key move was promulgated previously by the Tourism Minister, Derek Hanekom as a crucial tourism factor that would have good impact on the inflow of tourists to South Africa. This new move has been put forth with an intention to decrease the efforts of potential applicants staying outside Mumbai and Delhi provinces moving to visa application centers for approvals.

Tourism ministry further added that South Africa has to take proper measure like combating child trafficking and defending its boundaries to minimize the pessimistic impact on the country’s tourism sector. India occupies the position of three as the major source for Australia and is positioned as seventh world-widely. South African Tourism country’s manager, Hanneli Slabber revealed that India acts as a main source for South African government.

He further added that South African government will strive hard to proffer more facilities to make India preferred tourists destination as SA.
