United Kingdom to allure more overseas skilled professionals soon

Good news for all non-EU nationals who are willing to work in UK. In a bid to allure more number of overseas skilled workers, UK has planned to recruit more non-EU qualified professionals. United Kingdom MAC (Migration Advisory Committee) has suggested the concerned officials of the country and the government to simplify the visa rules and regulations to help more overseas skilled workers fill the vacant positions in startups at a fas ter pace.

The positions for which the country’s government and MAC have identified the labor shortage are product managers, cyber security specialists, data scientists and senior programmers. Currently, the existing government of the country recommends the renowned organizations of the country to post the jobs for 28days for roles that are listed above and to confirm that no appropriate candidate has been applied.

As the country is experiencing a major shortage of experienced skilled workers, Migration Committee has recommended the concerned officials of the companies to hire the professionals with high experience of five years.

As per the new survey of MAC, it could be able to find only 33 qualified and skilled workers in the country, thus it is anticipating to have major changes in hiring the workers for small and large firms.

Scale-ups are outlined as the organizations with minimum of ten or more employees that attain 20% enhancement in the overall turnover of the company within three years of duration.

UK Migration Committee further added the rules and regulations for large firms will also stay same, who were also recommended to use intra-company relocations to fill the same positions with non-EU.

Few of the sources found that UK is experiencing the labor shortages mostly in startups, thus it has planned to allure more number of skilled workers from across the globe.
