US accelerate Processing Time for Migrant Investors on EB5 visa

The agency of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) report that quicker processing time for migrant investors in the United States on the employment based fifth choice visa i.e. EB5. 

EB-5 visa is a United States visa created for migrant investors by the Immigration Act of 1990. The EB-5 visa is a way of attaining green card for overseas citizens who invest finance in the United States.

The USCIS agency announces an average of 13.4-month processing period on the petition of individual investor and a 5.7-month processing period on the petition to take away the two year provisional basis of resident status. The agency also reports a 6.1-month processing period on applications to select new regional centers, change the designation for accessible regional centers and standard petitions for investment choices at regional centers.
