IRCC has declared the invitations under 29th Express Entry Draw on 8th March 2016, for those applicants who are seeking Canadian permanent residency.
In this 29th draw for Canada Express Entry, around 1013 invitations were issued with the cutoff score of 473 points. This cutoff score is based on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) which has been designed for giving points to the applicants based on their profile and the information they provided in it.
When we compare this draw with the previous one, this time, the number of invitations which are being sent to the applicants has came down drastically and the cutoff score has also shoot up when compared to the cutoff score of the previous draw.
IRCC has started issuing invitations through this
Express Entry System from January 2015 for the applicants who apply for the permanent residency of Canada.
IRCC earlier informed that in the coming draws the number of invitations would increase and the cutoff score would go down but the current draw is saying totally different story.
Meanwhile, those candidates who are selected and who has been sent an invitations can apply for the Canadian PR.
