In 2018 IRCC had the record for issuing 89,800 ITAs in Express Entry in one year. There was a tie-breaking rule in the latest draw set at November 14th, 2019, at 4.41 AM EST. In the event of more than a candidate having an identical minimum CRS score, those submitting the Express Entry profile prior to the specific date/time secured the invitations. This was the 26th invitations round in Express Entry during the present year.
