1518 invitations sent for 25th Canada Express Entry Draw
CIC has announced the invitations under 25th Express Entry Draw on 13th January 2016, for the applicants who are looking for permanent residency in Canada.
In this 25th draw for Canada Express Entry System, a total of 1518 invitations were declared, and the cutoff score was 453 points. The cutoff score is based on Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), that is designed for awarding points to applicants and which is basically based on the applicant’s profile and the information they provide.
In the previous 24th Draw for Express Entry System that was announced on 6th January 2016, which was also the first draw of this year, a total of 1463 invitations were sent and the cutoff score was 461 points.
Compared to the previous draw, this time, the total number of invitations has been increased and the cutoff score is also less.
The Citizenship and Immigration Department of Canada had last year started issuing the invitations through this Express Entry System for the applicants who apply for the Canadian PR.
