The score secured in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) will decide whether the candidate gets invitation to apply for the Canada PR or not.

Canada opens its labor market to the individuals through the Express entry scheme. This Scheme is the Federal Skilled Migration program to attract highly qualified individuals who pass the point based test of the visa program. Candidates who do not have job offers also can apply for the express entry visa program. They can register with the Canada Job Bank where express entry profiles are viewable by the Canadian employer.
