Albania announces visa free entry to Saudi nationals for summer period
Albania, a southeastern European country, has removed entry visas for the citizens of Saudi for summer period, from 25 May 2014 to 25 September 2014, to boost tourism.
The charge d’affairs at the embassy of Albania, Saimir Bala, said that the Albanian government has taken the decision to remove the entry visa for the Saudi nationals for a summer period beginning from May 25 until Sept. 25, this year.
It is expected that this visa waiver program, which was strongly backed by the government of Albania, would boost tourism and business between Albania and Saudi Arabia. The visa free entry program is also applicable for the citizens of Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and UAE.
