The VFS Global, as part of the contract which was awarded by the Canadian government, has launched the Canadian Visa Application Centre in Warsaw, Poland for the applicants who seek to visit Canada.
VFS Global would be establishing the vigorous network of almost 130 CVACs, as per the contract. The CVAC is first such a kind of centre in Poland.
The global network of CVACs will be providing amplified access and improved administrative services for the applicants through the approach of consistent service delivery and it will also support the implementation of biometrics.
The CVAC would be providing the exclusive service for the Canadian government and it is also authorized to accept the applications in all the temporary resident visa categories and the travel document applications from the Canadian PR in Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus and Latvia.
The CVAC is authorized in providing services of administrative support like collecting the visa applications, returning of the passports in the sealed decision envelopes to the applicants. The CVAC can also help in scheduling the interviews on behalf of the office of Canadian visa.
The decision to grant or refuse the visa is made by the immigration officers of the Canadian Immigration and Citizenship (CIC), according to the Canadian immigration visa provisions and procedure. The CVAC has no role or influence over the result of the application and would not offer any evaluative suggestions.
With the latest facilities that are being offered by the CVAC , the applicants could benefit from many facilities and extra services like long operating hours, convenient and spacious waiting area, responsive and professional dedicated staff for handling the applicant’s queries regarding visa and applications, its dedicated website for simple access to all types of information like visa, visa requirements, check list , fees and the status of the application, call centre and email support for answering the queries and tracking the application status and securing the handling of passports, personal information and other documents.
