CIC invites applications for Canadian PR under the Express Entry 16th Draw

The Citizenship and Immigration of Canada (CIC) has conducted the 16th draw under the express entry system and has issued the invitations of 1,517 to the applicants who seeks permanent residency in Canada.

The total invitations that are announced under the Canada express entry 16th draw are 1,517 based on the total 459 points as a cut off score provided by comprehensive ranking system.

Express entry system is being placed from the start of this year and this is the 16th draw under the express entry system. In a 15th draw which was made on 21st august 2015, it was announced a total number of 1523 invitations with the cutoff score of 456.

The number of invitations have been decreased in this round and the cutoff score has also increased when compared to the 15th draw under express entry system.

The shortlisted candidates under this express entry system can apply for the permanent residence in Canada.
