The ID Card Centre of Dubai has started a toll free number, 800 IDCARD (800-432273) that has been made available in languages like English, Arabic, Hindi and Malayalam for assisting the customers who enquires about the latest system for immigration visas.
This number enables the customers schedule their delivery and pickup of their transactions related to their visa through courier at convenient place.
After the current announcement by the General Dirctorate of Foreign Affairs and Residency on the system of visa processing has made the Center of ID Card for extending their services.
The system enables the residents to visit any authorized documentation or typing centre for processing needs of visa, eradicating the earlier requirement for residents of visiting the headquarters of GDRFA or its branches.
Previously, the ID Card Centre was only the authorized provider for emiriates ids processing but now it has got big list of services that includes visitor visa application, renewal of resident visa, application for fresh residency visa or abolition.
According to the Managing Director ID Card Centre, Ismail Ibrahim, keep with the efforts from the government for technological development and digitalization. They had decided to provide customer service that would make the process of visa application very easy and less annoying.
He also warned customers who are looking to documentation or typing centre for applying for visa to look for logo of Amer as these centers are approved by the concerned authorities.
