Students from India must explore potential of UK entrepreneurial visa

According to Professor Alice Gast, she seeks to send out a message that students from India will be welcomed in the UK.

UK Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Visas could be accessed by the non EU graduates who had been officially endorsed as having a credible and genuine idea of business.

She said that UK can benefit, as a post study job visa could still be acquired with a income above a certain threshold, that most of the Indian students from science and engineering streams will have.

The students can join the small or medium sized enterprises or they could try to set up their own startup firms. She said that this is how entrepreneur visa can be expanded.  Students from India are very innovative and very eager to try entrepreneurial things that would assist communities.

She also told that UK greatly values their foreign students and Indian students in particular. ICL has got best students in business, science and engineering streams from India. Imperial College of London had got more than 250 students from India and 3000 alumni of India.
