The Nova Scotia Nominee Program has declared announced that it will invite up to 225 candidates under its famous Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry Category B. A job offer is not required for the Express Entry candidates to apply for this program. NSNP is reopened today i.e. November 17, 2018, at around 9 AM (AST-Atlantic Standard Time).
For applying through NSNP, Express Entry candidates should have minimum 1 year of professional work experience in any of the eleven opportunity occupations mentioned by the Nova Scotia Province. Along with no employment offer, (Comprehensive Ranking System) CRS Score is also not mandatory to apply for Canadian permanent residence.
This Canadian famous immigration category runs on a first-come, first served basis and the candidates who received a provincial nomination from the Nova Scotia programs are obtained an extra 600 CRS points. This remains that the applicants highly eligible for an ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for the permanent residents of Canada at subsequent Federal Express Entry Draws.
Eligible Requirements for Nova Scotia Demand Category B: Express Entry Stream
- Register a profile in IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) Express Entry system.
- Minimum proficiency in French and English language i.e CLB 7.
- Acquire a minimum of 67 CRS points on Nova Scotia points grid test. The score will be given based on education, age, language proficiency, work experience, and adaptability.
- Have overseas education credentials authenticated, assessed, and submitted an equal value in Canada by any of the four credential assessment designated companies.
