The Immigration Department of Canada (IRCC) has conducted the 27th draw for Canada Express Entry. It is issued around 1505 invitations to the applicants who had submitted their expression of interest to apply for the Canadian permanent residency. The least qualifying score (cutoff score) for this draw was 459 points.
The size and frequency of these draws for the Express Entry are at the judgment of IRCC. In the same period of last year, IRCC had conducted three draws and granted around 2815 invitations, the similar draw frequencies and a high number of invitations are predicted to be granted this month.
What it means for the foreign citizens and the employers
While the LMIA or PN approval would guarantee that the selection of the employee and the invitation for the Canadian permanent residency. Certain documents are not needed in entire cases. This draw has once again revealed that the employees without the LMIA or PN approval continue to get selected in the Draws for Express Entry.
