The launch of visa application service for Vietnam in Bengaluru was announced by VFS Global. Easy access is will be provided by the Centre to all the Indian applicants and the travel agents who apply for visas to Vietnam from Karnataka city, as told by VFS.
VFS Global has already set up a visa application service centre for Vietnam in the month of March, in cities like Chennai and Hyderabad. To provide facilitation to all the applicants from nearby states like Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamilnadu. Karnataka is the fourth South Indian state to launch the service.
Tran Quang Tuyen, Deputy Chief of the Mission and Embassy of the SR of Vietnam to India said that both the countries shared enormous amount of potential in the field of investment, trade and tourism sectors and apart from that they also share traditional and well-established friendship.
According to the VFS release, providing easy access to visa applications with less cost and time consumption are among the priorities of the Embassy this year.
He also said that Vietnam visa application service centres have been established in many states of India like West Bengal, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat, Punjab and Rajasthan.
Opening of more similar facilitation centres in the south Indian states will cater the needs of growth of travel trade around this region. Vinay Malhotra, COO - South Asia, VFS Global, said. He also said that both the countries will work together in delivering professional service to their clients.
