The manufacturing industries of United States of America need more numbers of highly skilled immigrants on USA work visa. Currently, the manufacturing firms in America have the scarcity of skilled workers. The industries are facing an advanced talent shortage. A spokesman from the US had told that employing the skilled overseas workers in the manufacturing firms of US to be more challenging than accessing the capital and generating the demands of customers.
He again added that there are several factors influencing the skill shortage in manufacturing industries. The shutting down of industries by the companies of America and moving job to the low-cost countries are clearly indicating that manufacturing has no more a better career option for the United States of America.
The reason of skilled shortage in America has well documented. The current educational system also insists the students make their careers in the professional studies rather in manufacturing domain. As such, the trade schools closed their programs for manufacturing students due to lack of admission to the domain.
In the current scenario, US have lots of projects but the skilled shortage is one of the foremost issues for them. The reason why the government of America has reformed its immigration policies to implemented the number of foreign skilled workers in the manufacturing industries.
