Ontario French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream: Weekly Draws Continue

The immigration authorities in Ontario have conducted their 43rd draw of 2018 in the provincial stream catering to French Speaking Skilled Workers.

In the December 6th draw 45 candidates received Notifications of Interest for immigration.

Candidates who had submitted an Express Entry profile between Jan 1st and Dec 6th qualified for the draw. So far the F.S.S.W stream has issued N.O.Is to 1,596 candidates totally.

Ontario French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream: Weekly Draws Continue

The stream has no requirement for scoring minimum points. Furthermore, Candidates need to possess C.L.B. 7 in French and 6 in English to succeed. There is an increase in the nomination allocation for 2018 in Ontario.

The province has earlier fulfilled its nomination allocation (6,600 candidates), as directed by the Federal Government.

The Requirements for Ontario Express Entry - French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream

All applicants must have the following criteria to qualify:

• A Pending application in the Federal E.E system;

• At least one year of full time, or equivalent work experience in N.O.C occupation level 0, A or B;

• Bachelors /Masters degree or PhD;

• Minimum C.L.B level 7 in T.E.F (French); and C.L.B 6 in I.E.L.T.S exam (English)

• A clear desire to live in Ontario.

The O.I.N.P is publishing information regarding draws from January 2018.

Moreover, Ontario has conducted many draws in HCP, Skilled Trades and Entrepreneur Streams during the present year.
