Reducing the cost of marketing of overseas tour operators in selling and developing the packages of tour in India.
Extending the rewards under the Indian Scheme of Service Exports (SEIS) it offers rewards to those service providers like Hotels are rewarded 3%, Restaurants with 3%, Tour operators and travel agencies with 5% and to services of tour guide its 5%.
Many steps has been taken by the Indian Government for boosting the tourism in the nation and improving the foreign exchange incomes along with generating jobs.
