Petition filed seeking transparency in the H1B visa processing

The two American Immigration groups lodged a lawsuit against the United States Federal Government seeking transparency into the H1B visas lottery scheme. The H1B visa attracts a maximum number of software professionals from India; Indian firms are the highest seekers of the H1B visas.

American Immigration Lawyers Association and The American Immigration Council filed a petition against the United States seeking the procedures and managing the process of the H1B lottery system. 
The petition aims to open up the system such that the American citizens know about the system and how it runs and whether the system is operating according to the laws or not. 

The United States have been using this visa process to attract the highly qualified individuals every year. The system should reveal, the number of applications processed and tracked, the whole system by the USCIS is not clear opaque. Let the people know the business immigration system. 

The United States Immigration manages the processing of visa application and every year 65000 H1B visas are granted, 20 000 H1B visas are awarded to the people with masters and high-level education from American Universities. 

The US Immigration uses the computer-generated lottery system to grant permissions to the skilled professionals in the technology sector. 
 
The 90 percent of skilled visas are absorbed by the technology industry of the United States.
