Saudi Arabia launches visa application centres in South Africa
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Ministry of Foreign Affairs has granted the service contract to ‘VFS Tasheel International’ to manage and administer the visa application process related to Saudi Arabia in South Africa.

Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Madi, the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to South Africa has stated that the two visa service centres that have been newly launched in Cape Town and Johannesburg would render their services to the people who are willing to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and will also provide some important information about KSA.

The services that will be provided at the visa service centre include guidance on the visa application, processing of the application and delivery of the passport. The visa service centres will be available and accessible for extensive hours, during the peak periods of seasons in order to speed up the procedures involved in the visa processing and sanctioning.

Raghu Athimoolam, chief operating officer, has said that the new service centre for visas has more convenience and provides counters that render a dedicated service, an exclusive lounge and a reception area. All these services are intended to improve the quality of service and also provide value added services that involve the processing of visa applications.
