Saudi Arabia to bring in expat green card within five years

According to Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Crown Prince, Saudi Arabia would set up a system of green card in five years of time from now to allow resident expatriates in the kingdom to have additional rights to enhance its climate of investment.

He also informed that the country is planning sweeping reforms and green card is among them that would be implemented even if the prices of oil increases back more than $70 per barrel.

He also promised to end dependency of Riyadh on crude income by the year 2020.
