The UK immigration rules will change from 19th November

UK immigration and visas had previously announced the fresh changes to the rules of immigration on 29th October 2015. Many of the changes would affect the applications lodged on or after the 19th November 2015, with the new provisions being implemented all over and nearly every immigration path of the UK.

The details of the key changes for the categories of the UK immigration are mentioned below:

Family Immigration

New Provisions about the non EEA children, which would enable the UK immigration to stop entry into the nation, if they suspect that because of sponsor or partner of sponsor, entry of the child to the UK would put the safety of the child at risk.

Settlement

A need for those who apply for staying in the UK for indefinite period to show the evidence of their skills related to English Language by giving an English Language Test at the government approved test centre.  Instead, you should demonstrate the level of English with the English language qualification from the list of Home Office Secure English Language Test.

As announced in the past, minimum salary of 35,000 pounds with exception of occupations on the list of  shortage occupation would be needed to be eligible for the UK indefinite leave to remain. 

Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa and Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa

Changes to the Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa scheme that is claimed would ease shortage of skills in the UK technology sector. Changing the endorsement condition, used by the Tech City UK, would hopefully lead to hike in the applicant numbers with the potential to add value to UK’s digital economy qualifying for this UK visa path.

A need that extra documentation be provided by the applicants of the Tier 1 entrepreneur visa which includes documentation related to continuous jobs created, trading and previous investments.

Tier 2 and Tier 5 of points based system

The adding up of technology jobs to the tier 2 visa list of shortage occupation, making the way for applications of Tier 2 visa for the applicants in these occupations to be prioritized during monthly allocations of tier 2 visa. 

Changes that clarifies the provisions for the sponsors and the applicants for the Tier 5 temporary charity workers, the UK immigration said that this is stop the permanent employment roles being taken by the temporary staff.
