TT services selected by Department of Australian Immigration

To provide visa application services in the South Pacific region, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) has again selected TT Services as its SDP (Service Delivery Partner). 

TT services will be opening its new centre in Queensland, New Zealand and continue to provides its services for visa application through its centres in ten countries across its regions. The countries include New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Soloman Island, Vanuatu, Nauru, New Caledonia and Kiribati.

It will provide a number of value added services like tracking of application status, providing walk in facility and online and telephonic visa application guidance.  

The TT Service has developed a secured solution for document management  which also provides facility to enter the data online, online data transfer and capability to view it remotely. 

TT Services has also started the new concept of combined centres for visa applications in the South Pacific region. It also manages operations for visa outsourcing for the governments of Australian and New Zealand within the same premises by combining the resources, expertise and the infrastructure, while maintaining separate process and separate security protocols for both.
