In association with British Council, NewCastle University of the UK is providing Scheme of Great Scholarship to students from India.
The University has invited postgraduate Indian students for the scholarship worth 5000 pounds payable towards their initial year tuition fees. The students require meeting conditions of an offer for a position in one of those courses in NewCastle University.
To get entitled to apply for the scholarships a student should be an Indian citizen and has been assessed as foreign for fee purpose, should possess a provisional or nonprovisional offer on any master degree program in NewCastle university campus, the student should plan to begin their education during this academic year and must be self-funded student and not in reception of any other university nor outside awards. He should get an average of 75% or higher in Bachelor degree. Students who got CGPA scores could also apply if their percentage is 75% or high.
Great Scholarship Scheme of 5500 pounds is also been given to two Indian undergraduate students for their opening year of tuition fees. Further to the above-mentioned eligibility requirement, the student should have got an overall score of 80% in their 12th class.
The last date for applications in both cases is 30th June 2016.
