UK to refund Chinese Tourist Visas

The Chancellor of UK George Osborne has stated that they are planing to pay the cost of around 25,000 visas for tourists of China to entice more travelers to the UK.

The announcement also includes abolishing the need of transit visa to authorized tour groups to help tourists heading from China to use British airports for foreign travel.

This initiative will strengthen the British aviation and airports for direct pathways to China, so that individuals will be able to use British airports as common point for trips across Europe, and can see more tourists from China heading to UK, the Chancellor added.

An agency of British embassy said that this initiative will be the perfect route to lure tourists from China.

Other measures include building websites and good infrastructure for railways along with making investment in various sectors including golf courses, healthcare, and shipping.
