USCIS has launched a virtual assistant "Emma" to find accurate information

The USCIS has introduced a virtual assistance known as “Emma” on its website which allows the visa seekers and the clients to rapidly find the precise information before they plan to travel or migrate to US. This virtual assistant replies queries in the simple English and it also takes the users to related pages of the USCIS website.

According to the USCIS, this virtual assistant has been given the name of Emma Lazarus, whose words are there at base of Statue of Liberty.  The virtual assistant was designed in reply to increasing interest in tools for self help and for improving the customer service. The USCIS call centers presently getting many queries concern to general data requests that could be offered through the internet. Now Emma would assist provide that data.

USCIS in a statement also informed that although Emma could reply many queries to the questions asked by the customers, its knowledge base is increasing.  As the customer s ask many queries, Emma will get smarter and could better help future customers. One could access the Emma on the laptop or desktop. And soon it would be seen on mobile phones.  And its capability of Spanish language would be coming next year.

One can go through Emma at the website of USCIS, visitors require to click the“Ask a Question” in upper right-hand corner of page and could also go through website and other related website for additional information.  Presently, the US had almost doubled its H1 Visa fee and Emma is initial way to reduce its expenditure on the visa consultancy.
