The first one would be the H-1B petitions which are filed for extending or amending the H-1B employment for overseas workers who already in the status of H-1B.  And those petitions filed on new workers behalf that are employed in the status of the H-1B. by the higher education institutions, organizations related to the government research, organizations for nonprofit research.

It is practical that the employers mail all limit subject H-1B petitions on 31st March 2016, for deliverance to the USCIS on 1st April 2016. The employers should take the action at the earliest for initiating any limit subject H-1B petitions.
