Details regarding Express Entry

Express Entry pathway of the province has a link with the federal EE  system, which supervises the pool of candidates. These candidates belong to the three Federal Skilled immigration programs of Canada.  Moreover, such candidates having the provincial nomination receive 600 additional points in their EE Rank score. This serves as an effective assurance to them. After this, they get an invitation to seek PR from the Government.

All EE candidates, who seek the Manitoba nomination, also need to register a separate EOI profile, with the Program. Profiles get a score based on several factors like education, language proficiency and work experience in the occupation that has a considerable demand.

The norms

The norms for EE candidates who received an LAA in the Jan 17 draw were:

• Having a valid EE  ID,

• A  validation code of job seekers and finally,

• Minimum six months of experience in top demand occupation
