Saudi Arabia resolves to punish foreigners who have adopted illegal means
State-run agency has reported that Interior Ministry of Saudi Arabia's has passed a resolution to punish the people who provide work for the foreigners by illegal means or violate the conditions of their visas.

According to Saudi press agency (SPA), the people who violate the conditions of their visas have to go through a range of punishments such as fine, imprisonment, seizure of property and exile.

According to the agency, a list of penalties have been detailed in the table for those who are found against the regulations .The penalties include the fine up to a maximum limit of the SR100,000 or an equal amount of 26,670 dollars, jailed for up to 2 years, denied of the employing new laborers up to 5 years, damage of reputation  in the media, jailed for 1 year and additionally the foreign employer of the company who has violated the conditions would be placed in deportation and his/her private property would be seized.
 
According to SPA, People who go against the conditions would be provided a grace period of not greater than 30 days towards any request on the judgment.
 
The violators include the foreigners who organize a business privately by illegal means or overstay their visa duration.
