The Government of UK has inaugurated a new visa center in Gurgaon for people who are residing in the NCR region. 

The Gurgaon center will be operable from 30 March 2015 and forms a part of a strategy to extend the UK’s reach throughout India and introduce premium services to customers. 

The British High Commissioner to India, Sir James Bevan stated that with the inauguration of Gurgaon, they are having 13 visa application centers throughout the India. He added that India continues to be one of the UK’s close associates, and Indian business customers are crucial to the UK. 

He added that the UK is dedicated to give Indian customers an exceptional visa service. The UK is set to introduce a user-pay application center in Jaipur in the coming month, and there have plans to extend the visa application centers. 

Reportedly, UK visa application centers are situated in Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jalandhar, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai (North & South), Kochi, Pune and New Delhi. 

Explaining about the new visa application center, the statement addressed that it provides customers a lavishness to apply for their visas quickly as well as they, can even enjoy the additional benefits of free courier and SMS text service. 

And, customers will be able to avail the priority visa service, permitting them to obtain a visa decision within five days. The new visa application center will be operated from Monday to Friday and applicants can make appointments on the visa4uk website beginning 30 March.
