BC PNP invites workers and global graduates in its Tech Pilot

This draw had a  minimum score of 85 for candidates in the Skilled Workers category in the Skills Immigration as well as in EE BC streams.

The eligibility norms for any EE BC categories require the candidates to have a profile that is active in the system that administers the pool for three immigration programs:

• Canadian Experience Class,

• Federal Skilled Trades Class

• Federal Skilled Worker Class,

All EE candidates who submit the application and receive the nomination from the province for PR in the EE BC Stream also get 600 additional points in the CRS score.

This stream also caters the requirements of entrepreneurs having the experience to invest. An additional norm is managing the business,  actively in the province.

The immigration norms to the country through this PNP require the invited individuals in this draw to begin the process. Firstly, they need the creation of an online profile in the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System.  Additionally, these profiles get an assessment and also a score depending on the SIRS system based on points. It also evaluates work experience, education, and language proficiency factors.

The candidates of this Tech Pilot get an exemption from the requirement of an indeterminate, full-time job offer which applies to many other PNP immigration categories. Furthermore, such candidates, need to show the job offer of one year and also have  120 calendar days to remain in this job while applying for the provincial nomination.
