The US State Department (DOS) has revealed its June 2016 Visa Bulletin that has included dates of application final action and filing application dates.
For both job based filings and family sponsored filings, the USCIS has indicated that the chart of dates for application final action should be utilized for the month of May 2016.
Movement from the visa bulletin of month of May 2016 has showed gradual but unimportant increase in dates of processing for this category, with exception of China, F4 dates retrogressing from 22nd July 2003 to 1st January 2003.
Of a particular note is that the China EB-3 and EB-2 preference categories has witnessed retrogression from 1st September 2012 to 1st January 2010 and 15th August to 1st January 2010 respectively and India EB-2 category of preference has also experienced a four year retrogression from 22nd November, 2008 till 1st October 2014.
