Alberta Holds an Express Entry Draw and CRS Score Drops to 300

Alberta announced the details of two provincial draws in the Express Entry pool, in which the CRS score of dropped to 300.

There was a draw in the Immigrant Nominee Program run by Alberta, on October 24th, and again on October 30th, and 401 letters regarding the Notification of Interest were sent.

Impressive Figures in the Draw

For the first draw, there were 372 NOI letters sent to candidates who had the score of 300 points. For the second draw there were 29 NOI letters sent to candidates who had the score of 350.

Important requirements in this Alberta Express Entry stream are:

Candidates must state an interest to immigrate permanently, and work in a job supporting its diversification and economic development.

Alberta at present, has conducted 27 draws in the federal pool of Express Entry in 2019. On November 5, 2019, it invited 5,171 aspirants and its federal nomination allocation is 6,000. 1,950 applications are waiting for assessment in the province.
