British Columbia has launched latest registration system for Canadian immigration

February 05, 2016
The British Columbia province of Canada has started an innovative latest points system for Canadian immigration through its BC PNP Program.

The system for skills immigration registration (SIRS) would be utilized for giving priority to the newcomers through the categories of BC PNP and fast tracking their visits to this province.

British Columbia has launched latest registration system for Canadian immigration

SIRS would change the way the latest applications would be processed in the beginning of this year. The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program provides and economic immigration route for the overseas employees who are in high demand experienced entrepreneurs.

The latest announced SIRS starts a points based system to give priority to the applicants processing who would be invited to apply for the nominations for the Canada PR.

This SIRS works in the points system same as Express Entry, which gave away points for language abilities, work experience and many other factors.

With this latest system, applicants who are interested in getting the BC PNP nomination under the categories of skills immigration would require to enroll an online application with BC PNP, mentioning the category of immigration skills under which they apply. And lastly, completing the application with personal details, contact details, job offer, education, language ability and work experience.

After enrolling the application, the candidates would get their enrolling score based on the replies finished in their application.

The high scoring applicant would get an invitation to apply from the BC PNP.  The applicant would require completing the approved language test for getting points for their ability in language. This is an important modification. Applicants who seek to enroll with the SIRS system must keep their results of language test ready.

The BC PNP has not confirmed yet about their 2016 nomination quota.  The start of the SIRS would not minimize the enthusiasm of people for the BC PNP as the most preferred pathway for permanent residency of Canada.
