In a step to protect the rights of the foreign workers and also stopping them from getting exploited by the employers, the government has already put this legislation in the parliament.

This legislation will help the workers from paying money in exchange to employer’s offer to sponsor the Australian 457 work visas.

Australian Immigration Minister, Peter Dutton said that the payment that is being taken for a visa is currently not illegal, but he also said that it is not acceptable.
