Canadian MP said that there are huge opportunities for the young Indians in Canada. He has also asked the young Indians to be part of the Indian diaspora in Canada.
Patrick Brown, Leader, Progressive Conservative Party and Opposition Leader in Canada, is in India. He was addressing the students of Kurukshetra University. According to him, except for the temperatures, both the nations share many things in common that includes legal system, commonwealth history and the parliamentary system.
According to Mr. Brown, he has arrived India to explore many opportunities of exchange and collaboration between India and Canada including education, industry, trade and green energy.
Hardeep Kumar, Vice President, Kurukshetra University, said that this university is among top ranked universities in India and there are many opportunities to have collaboration between Kurukshetra University and the Canadian Universities.
He also said that collaboration in fields of research, education, sports and culture would be explored in future so that the students gets the chance to study in the universities of Canada and do job there as well.
