From April 1st 2014, UK visa applicants will be able to use newly launched international enquiry service to get more information about their visa application status.
UK’s Visas and Immigration will provide this service in partnership with Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), which enables people to enquire about the status of their visa application.
With improved services, this international enquiry will be provided to customers in 20 languages which will reflect days and working hours in the respective countries. Customers can expect quick response and the cost of the calls will be cheap in some cases.
Director General of UK Visas and Immigration, Sarah Rapson said, offering best quality customer service to their visa applicants is an important part of this initiative.
HGS will start an international enquiry service that operates from the UK to provide customer support for all the UK visa applicants, by offering a high quality enquiry service for those wishing to come to the UK.
UK visa customers can expect an accurate, professional and quick service and this will help them throughout their visa process.
