IRCC has provided important details on Express Entry for Canadian Immigration

IRCC has provided important details on Express Entry for Canadian Immigration

Last year, around 31,063 invitations were sent to apply for Canadian PR to the individuals from across the world who were looking to migrate to Canada. 

Most of the applicants from IT field has been granted ITAs, while people working in food industry has also fared well. Most of the applicants who were granted ITAs were residing in Canada. Over half of entire invited applicants were citizens of the countries like India, China, Philippines, UK and Ireland.

The leading 10 most invited occupations had made up around 10,685 of the entire number of ITAs that has been issued.  The occupations includes food service supervisors, cooks, information system analysts and consultants, software engineers, computer programmers, university professors and lecturers , retail sales supervisors, graphic designers, financial audits and accountants and financial and investment analysts.

Out of the total 31,063 ITAs granted during last year, around 13,214 were granted under FSW,  11,228 granted under CEC, 14,105 were granted under PNP and 2,516 were granted under FST.

60% of entire invited applicants had 600 points or additional. Around 78.1% of the invited applicants were residing in Canada.  22.4% Indians were invited to apply for permanent residency of Canada.
