The statistics in a survey revealed that more than 8 migrants out of 10 express satisfaction with quality service they get from their approved immigration adviser.
In an annual survey since 2009, the Authority of Immigration Advisers are doing the survey on the visa applicants who have used the services of an approved immigration adviser.
Catherine Albiston, Immigration Advisers Registrar, is very much pleased with the current results. She said that these immigration advisers have met capability standards, and they also follow a specialized code of conduct. Best advice is being provided by them to the migrants. She also added that its very good to see that their work is being recognized.
There are three reasons were highlighted in the survey results of this year, and they are supportive service being received, honest and professional adviser, fast processing.
86% of migrants who use a licensed adviser are very much happy in recommending their adviser to other people who want to migrate into the country. Most of the migrants have agreed that using the licensed adviser resulted in a positive impression of New Zealand as a migration destination, and they also felt that their consumer interests were also protected. Said Albiston.
The person who provides advice on New Zealand immigration in the whole world must get the license by the Authority of Immigration Advisers unless it is exempted. The information of the immigration adviser who have got the valid license can be searched at iaa.gov.nz.
