New Zealand has simplified its visas for overseas students

A latest type of visa for the foreign students is under trial in New Zealand that would make it easy for the progress from a study program to another.
  
The Pathway student visa of New Zealand would let the students for pursuing up to three consecutive study programs with chosen study providers on one visa that is valid for five years.

According to Regional Director, Education New Zealand South East and South Asia, Ziena Jalil, this is welcome news for the students who are looking to study in New Zealand for their learning journey. This visa facilitates the students to for instance, begin their education with the course of English Language and then transfer to the foundation program for one year and then go forward for completing a degree program.

Ms. Jalil also said that at the moment a student will require to apply for three separate visas in this scenario. This news enhances the experience of education in New Zealand, providing students further time to focus on selecting the correct study location, qualification, and study provider that meets their career and education goals.

The education providers of New Zealand who propose the study routes in combination with one another would formally agree on the process of managing the study progress of their students and also making sure that they are supported between the programs.
