The province of Canada, Quebec has confirmed that its immigration program which is popularly known as Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP) would have minimum one more period of application intake in this year 2016.
Although, the accurate date has not been announced yet, but the Quebec Government had informed that it would be scheduled in the summer months.
Under this QSWP, the successful applicants, and their family members might get the status of permanent residency of Canada after getting a Selection Certificate of Quebec (CSQ) from the Quebec Government.
The announcement that another period of intake would take place in few months would provide the applicants who had not submitted their application in the present period of intake, another chance for submitting an application later in this year.
Prospective candidates who do not have an account in the Quebec government’s online portal has got the time to enroll an account as of 18th February 2016. Registrations has been closed from 25th January 2016 for the present period of intake which was schedule to get open on 16th February 2016 but has been again delayed due to some technical glitch.
The present period of intake might run till 31st March 2016, but 2800 available space are expected to get filled very soon after this system finally open for the latest applications submission.
