Indian embassy had sought the detailed report of this issue, there was a cold reaction by the US that they are reviewing the circumstances, they looking at the facts and they are addressing the circumstances in a manner of problem solving.

Although there were no details available of what are the steps would be. Recently, the US had extradited around 26 to 30 students who enrolled into Northwestern Polytechnic University and Silicon Valley University without giving any reason to the students and to the Government of India.  The universities had rejected the allegations that they were black listed.

As per the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), all the actions that has been taken by the CBP were based on the individual, specific determinations of every tourist’s intent. It did not explained why the students with valid and all the required documents and the student visa were not allowed to enter into the US.  Some students were stopped in Dubai when they were on the going to the US.

Authorities from India in Dubai and the US did not know much as they were not notified. The Ministry of External Affairs had already issued a travel advisory.
