111th Express Entry Draw of February 20, the CRS requirement was 457. There was a tie-break rule in this draw also and its date/time was February 11, 2019, at 17:21:27 UTC. Thus all candidates who submitted their EE profiles before the specific date/time received invitations seeking the permanent residence in the country. Moreover, including the recent draw, the figure of ITAs issued in this year is 17,850. Canada has intensified the efforts to meet the immigration targets for 2019. It is likely to result in declining minimum CRS score requirements.
