Indian candidates are now in demand in Denmark Corporate world
Denmark is taking a gander at sourcing talented candidates from India. The nation has set up a 'Work in Denmark' special center right at Danish Embassy in India in order to expedite work provisions as well as applications from the professionals of India.
Denmark’s envoy to
India Ole Lonsmann Poulsen stated that their country looks upon India as a
country of highly skilled people and they can be of immense use in assisting
Denmark to build its economy in multiple areas. In step, the Denmark ambassador to India is seeing a good
growth of 10-15% in two-sided exchange between India and Denmark.
Mr.
Poulsen mentioned in special that a fairly new territory of co-operation
between India and Denmark, he is accepting that it will increase the
importance, which is highly related to the talented workers. A major imperative
to Denmark's future development is absolute lack of sufficient numbers of
talented experts. Due to this reason Denmark will progressively need to cover
up their own talents with the talents from different nations. He also added
that It will not at all be an astounding moment when people will get to see
that India takes focal point in the task of identifying and provoking such
individuals, particularly Indian professionals with their high standard of
education, familiarity with English and a global standpoint will be a much
looked for after product globally in the impending years.
Mr.
Poulsen also mentioned that in order to make the process easy for such
recruitment in Denmark, The government of Denmark took the decision to reduce
down the red tape for the job applicants from India with the introduction of a
scheme of Green card and also by opening a center of Work in Denmark in the
Danish embassy of India. India is only one such country where Denmark is
offering this facility.
