Canadian government is preparing to alleviate visas for EU citizens

Minister of Foreign Affairs, John Baird said that the Canadian government is about to change its act to lessen the visa system and do away with visas for the individuals of the European Union countries. As per the media, John Baird met Bulgaria’s minister of foreign affairs, Daniel Pavlov Mitov at the time of ministerial organization of Security and Cooperation in Europe in Basel.

During the course of talks, Daniel Pavlov Mitov raised the question of exempting of visas for Bulgarian candidates. Both the country’s foreign affairs ministry is anticipating the surge of mutual political conversations and the collaboration of both the nations of Canada and EU in strategic partnership and multilateral forums. Reportedly, EU and Canada foreign affairs ministry accepted that they can now see immense potential in the financial and trade relations and have also shown their enthusiasm to systematize a combined dealing forum.
