Canada's new plan will recruit newcomers from other nations

The Canadian government is planning to offer jobs to trained foreigners, those who have entered the country recently and also got trained in a foreign country.

Trained foreigners with no appropriate jobs or the individuals, who are currently working in Canada, will have a good time in getting the job opportunities.

The Canadian government’s new plans will allow the talented immigrants to get necessary employment in Canada.

Jason Kenney, Canada’s employment minister has stated that Ottawa will partner with Canada’s manufacturing segment for the benefit of the new skilled workers.

Immigrants who are currently working, and are having foreign qualifications and got trained globally will get an opportunity from the government of Canada under the newly launched proposal.

The current plan is intended to alleviate the shortage for the skilled workers in Canada and to bring a solution to minimize the shortage of the trained workers.

Kenney stated that the talented immigrants without a job will be the focus under the plan, in order to overcome the shortage of workforce.

He also said that workers, educational institutions and policy makers will be given a skills lab forum which will help to talk about the solutions regarding the skills scarcity in industrialized segments of Canada.

Approximately $1 million will be given to form a local agency in order to provide workers and lecturers a platform to discuss the issues regarding the shortage of labor in Canada. And, approximately $4 million is intended to develop professional codes and specifications in order to guide colleges and other educational institutions to develop the course.
