The French-speaking foreign skilled workers from other countries will get more benefits after the implementation of this system. Now the employers of Canada do not have to abide by the terms and conditions of labor market impact assessment before hiring an overseas skilled individual.

The French-speaking skilled foreign nationals who have professional, managerial and technical skills can easily be employed by Canadian organizations under the National Occupation Classifications of skill level 0, A, or B, according to their credibility.

Labor Market Impact Assessment is an evidential document that states that if any employer of Canada hires a foreign- skilled worker, it will not have any negative effect on the Canadian labor market condition. The IMP is an initiative that includes all kind of work permit application that is free from the requirement.

Mobility Francophone is the latest approach that has been associated with several IMP streams such as International Experience Canada and North American Free Trade Agreement. The primary intention of IMP is to allow the temporary overseas skilled workers into Canada when they have the credibility to increase the Canadian economy and culture.
